Order preparation
Orders move into preparation after payment is confirmed. Timing may vary based on product availability, order volume, destination, weather, and carrier conditions.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is sent to the order email when a shipment is created. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and should contact support promptly if an address correction is needed.
