FAQ

Direct Answers. No Guesswork.

Clear guidance on research-only restrictions, documentation, storage references, shipping, and quality concerns.

01What does “research use only” mean?+

It means the material is offered solely for legitimate laboratory research. It is not presented or supplied as a medication, supplement, food, cosmetic, or consumer-use product.

02Are these products intended for human use?+

No. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use and are not for consumption.

03Where can I find batch documentation?+

Use the COA Library to search by product, strength, lot, test date, or document type. If no matching record has been uploaded, the library will state that no document is available.

04What is the difference between HPLC and mass spectrometry?+

HPLC data can help evaluate a purity profile and separation. Mass spectrometry can support identity by comparing measured mass with the expected material. Neither should be described as answering every quality question on its own.

05Does every lot have the same documentation?+

Not necessarily. The site only displays available documentation matched to a specific lot. Never assume a prior lot’s report applies to a new lot.

06How should research materials be stored?+

Follow the storage information associated with the specific product and lot when available. The site does not publish a universal storage instruction where one has not been supplied.

07How quickly are orders processed?+

A processing-time commitment has not yet been supplied. The final policy should be added before public launch and shown before checkout.

08How does the free-shipping threshold work?+

Standard U.S. shipping is $8.95 below $125. Qualifying orders of $125 or more receive free standard shipping. Expedited shipping is charged at the displayed rate.

09Can an order be changed after submission?+

Contact order support as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun; the final operating policy requires review before publication.

10How do I report a documentation or quality concern?+

Use the contact form and select Quality concern. Include the product, lot number when available, order number, and a factual description of the issue.
