Damaged or incorrect orders
Email bodylogic.admin@gmail.com with the order number, product, lot when available, photos, and a description of the issue. Keep the product and original packaging while the request is reviewed.
Eligibility and resolution
Return, replacement, credit, or refund eligibility is determined case by case based on the order status, product condition, documentation, and nature of the concern. Shipping charges are not automatically refundable.
Cancellations
Contact support as soon as possible. A cancellation or change cannot be guaranteed after payment is confirmed or fulfillment has begun.
